It's funny because I was talking to my friend about this the day before. 40 degrees is really warm. I'm not kidding. I'm strolling outside without gloves, a scarf, and hat. Except the fact that I have a cold, it feels good. (I don't handle sudden temperature changes very well.)
It was almost 40C here the other day! Actually it just went up to 38C, it's not too good to round by that much because you feel each degree in Celsius.
