Modern art intrigues me. I always wonder how some of the artwork becomes art. I'm sure those art people can go off on a rant telling me this and that, but for the non-art people, it seems too easy. A line on a paper? Painted rope? A fluorescent light in the corner? Is there really any meaning behind it? I mean, it looks cool and it's interesting but... I think it has to do with the popularity and the status of the artist. Once that's established, almost anything he or she does is considered 'great' art. I don't know. But modern art intrigues me. So I saw Van Gogh's "Starry Night" in the flesh. You know what that painting always reminds me of? Boy Meets World. Do you remember that episode? Oh, Cory & Topanga. Thanks, YouTube! At the end, Eric's theory about a painting corresponds to its placard!
I might be telling this incorrectly. My memory is horrid.
Yeah I totally remember that episode! I was always still sort of confused why she stuck with Cory still.
