 In the wintry mix turned rain, I trekked over to the new Apple Store in the Meatpacking District. It's really nice and gosh, I really love that signature spiral staircase. Super-J and I worked our way up the 3 floors. I hadn't held the new Nanos until now and wow, they're thinner than I thought! We ended up playing Math Blaster at the kiddie station for an hour. Let me tell you, I was reliving my childhood! Did any of you play that game back in grammar school? I remember playing on the old school Macs way back then. The game has come a long way; the graphics for it were pretty good. Anyway, here's a little tidbit: if your earbuds start dying (or die), you can trade them in for new ones at the store. The white casing around the wires was coming apart on mine, and the sound was bouncing back and forth between the buds because of that. Now I have new ones at no extra cost! Pretty sweet deal, I'll say. So 3 Apple Stores in New York... |
