
Some days I don't want to do
anything--
I sit,
I lay down,
I stare off into the distance.
My mind is numb,
tired from the stress and pressure.
But sometimes on those days,
I force myself to engage,
to be productive,
to accomplish something,
anything, large or small.
And I feel a little better,
before sitting,
laying down,
and staring off into the distance.
